I have been using social media for marketing for a number of years. I find Instagram to be probably the best social media site for this purpose. It can actually work out to yield large numbers of followers you can count on to be there for a good period of time to come.
I learned early on that the more followers you have, the more shares you get and that leads to more followers over time. You need to do everything you can to build a strong following. It all starts with the images you post. They all need to be very colourful.
On top of the vivid colours, the images need to be clear and detailed. Ideally, they will have a call to the emotions of people who see them. Emotionally charged visual content goes a long way to get the kind of attention that I need to really pull people in. It works.
Then there is the practice of buying Instagram followers when you need them. I do this with any posts that I have which seem to be lagging behind in terms of attention. As soon as I add a bought batch of followers or likes (I used a company called Buzzoid for Instagram likes) to a post, I take note of it and see how it works out.
Most of the time, the added followers makes the posts look popular. In turn, more people will click on it because it looks like it is a leading post. This gets the natural and active followers to come on and like what you have. You get more attention that way. I find it to be highly effective overall.
I only feel like I am making a difference with my campaigns if my posts are being actively received. This is an important point. If you posts are not getting noticed, even with buying Instagram followers, you might need to adjust your tactics. Again, make sure the images are strong.
You can add hashtags to the posts to string the attention along in a bigger direction. Just be sure that you are using hashtags that are truly relevant to the posts that you are putting up for public display. I make it a point to keep a record of the results. If tags are not effective, I just do not bother.
Another important step to gaining a strong following that you can rely on is to engage your followers as much as you possibly can. Like their posts even if you do not feel much of an interest in them. Go to your follower’s accounts and follow their posts too. People like this. It gets me results that are great.
I find social media marketing to be a serious game but it has its fun points. I am always sure to mix in some personal posts with my marketing posts. This gives my account a more organic look that makes users feel more comfortable with the posts and with engaging me.
Use a broad range of tactics and tips to make the very most out of your Instagram marketing.
